I purchased this car from a user here in August, 2021. I have since put on less than 3000 miles.

I am selling this car to downsize my garage from four cars to two. During my ownership, the car has only been serviced at the local Honda dealership. In preparation for the sale, I've had a Lemon Squad inspection completed a few months ago. It's a really fun car and this is probably a decision I'll regret, but I barely drive it and it should be driven more.

The car originally came with an OEM hard top, which was sold. It still has the hardware for it - brackets behind each seat and the wire socket for the hard top window defroster. The top and stand are sold.

Included in the sale will be a brand new OEM car cover.

Previous owners have modded the car:

Vortech V3 Supercharger including support mods, like injectors
Vortech Power Cooler (inside of the hood has been modified to fit it, see pics)
K & N intake
Berk Test Pipe
KTunerFlash V2 touch hand held tuner
Stainless steel brake lines
Stage 1 clutch (not sure of the brand)
Rolled fenders, emblems removed
Invidia Q300 catback exhaust
Koni Sport Yellow shocks
Eibach springs
Moddiction Anvil shift knob

The only thing I've done is change the HID bulbs, inspections, and oil change at Honda.

Known flaws:

Chips on the front end, rocker panels, and doors
Scratches under the bumper
Some pitting on the windshield
Scratches on wheels
Wear on driver's seat, the seat bottom has been replaced
No spare tools or spare tire
Soft top has been repaired, as seen in pics.

This car is not perfect but it's in overall good shape and runs well. I had a stock AP2 back in 2011-2013, and this car is just a little more fun.

A potential buyer was unable to close the sale so I am updating the listing with what we negotiated:

- Price drop to $33,500 (open to other reasonable offers).
- Willing to split shipping costs.

Happy to have a video chat or Facetime call and review the car live. I made the best efforts to capture the car's true condition and minor flaws but it's better to see it on a video call.

Will this pass emissions test in CA?

Hey R-Men - I am not sure. If I were to guess, no.

Can anyone chime in on this for sure? I always thought Vortech superchargers were CA emission ready but maybe not stage 2? I’m really interested in this car but does me no good if I can’t register it in CA.
