I am the 3rd owner of this car and I purchased it for an automotive business I was running and used it as a show car. The pictures pretty much speak for themselves this car is in immaculate condition. It even won 2nd best Honda at a well known import car show. I never cut corners when working on this car, in fact I went the extra mile to make sure each and every part I fixed or put on the car was done to perfection. I don't need to sell this car right now however if someone sees value in it and is willing to pay for it I will let it go. Absolutely no trades, financing or payment options, or any other ridiculous inquiries. This is the 4th car I am selling that I worked on and I can easily filter through who is serious or not.
All the aftermarket parts on the car are in perfect condition. Let me rephrase that, PERFECT. I never drove this car as a daily, never let it sit outside in the sun for an extended period of time, hardly touched rain &never touched snow, always garaged.
If you have been around this forum you will know the S2000 mechanic that works and tunes most of the cars in the northeast. This car has gone through the"once over" adjustment and fixes by the legend himself:
Most notable fixes:
1. AP1 Flywheel and clutch replacement. Delay Valve Removal
2. Axle bucked job, eliminates rattles when driving, accelerating.
I want to note that all S2000's will eventually have to replace their clutch and some newer model S2000 have a rattle issue caused by the axle buckets. My car who has been through the once over adjustment runs like an absolute dream. Yes some S2000's might have lower miles however I can guarantee that my S2000 will run and sound better. New Clutch, with better response and extremely smooth ride.
Notable Flaws:
1. 2 rips on the soft. Did not happen while I owned this car.
2. Small ding on the trunk.
Aftermarket Parts:
1. Rays TE37SL 18x10 squared (The wheels and tires are in perfect perfect condition) No scratches, bends or anything
2. K&N Intake
3. T1R Sparrow dual exhaust
4. Billstein PSS1 Full coilover set
5. LowPro Aero Splitter
6. Forbidden FRP Rear Diffuser
7. Forbidden FRP Side
8. BYS driver side sear rail
9. Works Bell Short Hub
10. Personal Neo Grinta Leather 330mm blk/red stich
11. Works Bell Quick Release
12. Shift boot leather replaced
13. Two shift knobs, Razo & Raceng
14. Pioneer, bluetooth head unit
15. Viper Alarm system
16. Clutch was replaced less than 50 miles ago.
17. AP1 flywheel with delay valve removal.
18. Genuine OEM Honda S2000 fitted car cover
19. OEM steering wheel with airbag will be included.
20. OEM Front lip
All of these parts have less than 50 miles on them.
If you can make a reasonable offer I will go down on price. All low ballers will be ignored and I will not negotiate with you at all.
Absolutely no test drives or joy rides. I will only meet with you if you know that this is the car you want and the correct setup for you.
Why am I selling? I am a father of 2 and I am pursuing a business outside the automotive industry. My long term thoughts were to keep this car forever since it is still my dream car however watching it sit in my garage months at a time has become painful. Again I do not need to sell this car, however if there is a person that sees value in it and wants to take care of it then I will be willing to part ways with it.
