Only a few counties that e check around me. I have all the stuff to make it pass so I don't think that's the issue. It's more that the market for these up here isn't very demanding. That and everyone thinks it's a civic and offers $5-7k.

Ohio echeck is a OBD2 port check, not a tailpipe check and there are self-service kiosks in the few echeck counties. The car may pass regardless of no cat if all the ECU readiness codes are proper and the CEL is not illuminated. I see inexpensive items that do this. Costs nothing to verify, just drive up 24/7 at most of them. If it passes the paperwork is good for a couple of years.
