I can’t believe the day has come where I’m selling my beloved S2000. The car is insanely enjoyable to drive but I feel guilty putting miles on her, so I’m putting it up for sale so someone else can enjoy this beautiful machine. The car has never been tracked or abused. I have babied this car since I got it. I just finished paying it off so I will have the title in 3 weeks or so.


History

I am the third owner. The second was an s2ki member. No accidents. Clean title. I owned it since February 2016 and got it with about 28k miles. The first thing I did when I received the car was took it to Round Rock Honda to have it checked out thoroughly. The technician said everything under the hood looked excellent. I chose to have ALL fluids changed, valves adjusted, spark plugs replaced, and had the battery replaced. Always garage kept.

Upgrades ($10k)

A few months after I got it I had an s2ki member (Ian) install new J’s Racing headers with thermal wrap. In March 2017 I had Boost Logic in Austin perform several upgrades. They installed Brian Crower stage 2 Cams, Ferrea Beehive Intake valve springs, custom fabricated titanium stepped intake, Berk exhaust, Clutchmaster performance clutch & flywheel, and tune via Hondata. The car puts out a respectable 235whp up from 190whp.

I can’t tell you how much better the car drives and feels and sounds. This is how the car should have come from the factory in my opinion.

I put new Michelin SS tires in January 2017. They have approximately 1300 miles on them.

Lastly, in January of 2017 I had all the wheels refinished because there were several scratches/blemishes on them from previous owner(s). So they look brand new now.


Maintenance

Along with what was stated in the History section, I’ve done regular oil changes and alignment at Round Rock Honda. I have all service records. Last oil change was a few weeks ago. I always hand washed and detailed the car.


Condition

Mechanically the car is a 10/10. Cosmetically there are a few scratches and blemishes around the car. There’s one tiny door ding in the passenger rear that I haven’t taken care of but if buyer would like me to I can get that fixed. The top has no rips or tears. The seats are in great shape, no rips or excessive wear.

Additional Info

I have the original headers, intake, stereo (Alpine deck was installed from previous owner), Hondata kit, tonneau cover, and a battery tender.
