It has come time to sell my beloved S2000. It is a striking NFR AP2 that’s completely stock. I purchased the car from the original owner in 2009 with just 33k miles on the clock. The has been my daily driver on nice summer days for the past 7 years. I am moving into Washington DC and unfortunately it is not viable to take a second car with me.

However, my loss is your gain. I have taken good care of this car over the last 7 years. It has been garaged for the entire time. Both the exterior and interior are in tip top shape. The paint still shines like new and the leather seats have only minor signs of wear. That’s mainly because of my OCD tendencies and how I avoid touching the bottom bolsters when I get in and out of the car. The engine is still buttery smooth and returns 30 mpg on the highway. I have only autocrossed this car once, and I have never taken it to the track.

I perform all the maintenance work myself and have a folder full of receipts. The car is always maintained on time and is up to date per the owner’s manual.

The good:

- Mechanically excellent, no issues or CEL
- All stock
- No accidents
- AC blows ice cold / heating is excellent
- Doesn’t burn / consume oil
- Stored during winters
- Top motor is in great working conditions
- Comes with both sets of keys

The bad:

- Small dent about 1” wide on the right rear wheel well
- The bottom of the steering wheel is slightly scuffed
- 2 small rips on the soft top, each patched with 1”x1” of ballistic nylon. No wind noise and doesn’t leak water
- Minor curb rash on all the wheels – from the previous owner
- Normal amount of paint chips on the front bumper and hood for a car this age
