VA - Hampton Roads - 2006 S2000 137k miles $9,500
Reason for selling: New vehicle. Moved on and no longer interested in the vehicle. I'm done with the fast lane.
Status: Lein
Georgia owned vehicle.
Current location: Hampton Roads.
Mileage: 137,000 approx. (Daily Driven)
Highlights:
-Carfax doesnt say much: Owners: 5 (incl. me)
-Oil: AMSOIL 10w-30 (always used OEM filter)
-Mishimoto Radiator
-Tanabe Medallion Touring Cat-back Exhaust
-Berk HFC 65mm
-Clazzio Seat covers
***Will update photos for the above changes
Recent maintenance:
-All fluids serviced within the past year (transmission, coolant, diff, brake, engine oil). Last oil change was 2k miles ago. Honda OEM transmission fluid, AMSOIL diff fluid.
-Rear brake pads replaced. Rotors in good condition.
-Clutch Master Cylinder replaced at 120k
-Spindle nut greased
-Battery replaced at 124k
-All spark plugs replaced at 133k
-Test showed 260 in all cylinders.
-Always serviced by people with knowledge of S2000's during my ownership.
-Mechanically, the car is in very good condition.
-Recently cleaned carpet with Lil' green machine.
-Left turn signal mark replaced with amber light. Have passanger side amber light, but inclined to replace it because it still works.
Negatives:
-General wear and small scrathes throughout the car that are reflective of a 137k mile car that has gone through 5 owners.
-Major driver seat tear. Clazzio seat covers are on the car and will be sold with the car.
-1 small accident (tap) in driver wheel fender slight dent caused by careless driver in parking lot in 2014. Have police report if you really want to see, doesn't explain much. No significant damage, but shows up in the car report.
-Wear expected for a 137,000 mile car.
-Front bumper replaced with new OEM bumper and repainted. Previous bumper was scraped. Suzuka metallic is difficult to match so its not perfect match.
-Softtop showing its age. Has 1 tear near driver's side that I have managed with RTV. I have Softtop patches, but I am inclined to use them. Soft top has straps/velcro wraps on metal pieces on the inside to prevent rubbing and future tearing.
-Berk HFC causes CEL to come on randomly for O2 sensor. Common problem with aftermarket exhausts. Nothing wrong with the O2 sensor, it was replaced in 2016. Can replace with OEM catalytic converter if deal breaker, however car will not sound the same.
