Great Idea!
So I was talking with my coworker and I said...
"I wish they had a place you could just go and buy cooked bacon. You know, like 'McBacon, and you drive thru and look at all the different kinds of bacon and you order some bacon and they give you a bag of bacon...

Aside from the fact that pig farming has an enormously bad enviornmental impact. . . a Bacon and/or Pork emporium would be great.
"Yeah, can I get a half-rack and a side of bacon? And don't forget the beans. . . yes, with extra bacon and hamhocks. . . "
