It would seem too picky. I bid on a house a couple of weeks ago but they took the other parties offer instead. Allegedly it was for the same amount but I have my doubts. Maybe it is time for a new real estate agent.

Dang. I think the real estate agent is key. My last real estate agent was amazing. She was really committed to her job and I'll have no hesitation using her again.

A new rental... Or maybe to purchase? There are a lot of first time buyer incentives, I'm just not sure if we qualify with all of our student loans We're going to look at a couple rentals this weekend
