One of my best friends and I planned to split on vacant land. He's in the trades, so we've got easy access to those skills & equipment. But I just don't have the energy/patience to deal with developing a property and his plans for saving have been derailed by a business partner who...well, isn't ready to be a business partner. So it's looking like I'll close next month on a super cute house in town. Said I was never going to live in town again, but apparently I lied to myself.
