If I were to plan a summer BBQ at someone else's house, I would pick the last weekend in July (26-28th).
My only real hard no weekend is the first weekend in August. 4th of July weekend I'd probably be flying solo. Later in August gets a bit iffy with other trips planned.

really why would someone allow other people to plan a BBQ at THEIR house
well you KNOW my #1 residents ratgirl & Mr. ratgirl do get priority on dates since they seem to have the most conflicts due to their world travels
she's chosen the weekend of July 12th so I think I'll go with the 13 th & see what happens
HRSB I'm assuming your LAST week conflict is safe ???
