It IS C-6 & I usually split the Spicy combo on the Torpedo but last time there the torpedo's looked a lil over baked for my taste so we went with the Ciabatta good too just a tad softer of a bread.

Our sandwiches are prepared on our artisan-style breads, made fresh daily, that include ciabatta, torpedo rolls, baguettes, levain, and foccacia

they also have a bakery side where you can get yummy cannoli reg and minis

 

 

I have my Moms RIP tins to form them, she made yummy ones I tried once but I think it takes practice to get them perfect

 

 

I'm not a big dessert guy but cannoli's

 

Yeah you can't claim to be ITALIAN if you don't like Cannoli

 

My 's always quote " Don't forget the Cannoli " & they are 1/2 Swedish C-6 says they're SwiTalian

 

SweTalian == there will be meatballs, we just don’t know what kind.

 

I like both but prefer the swedish meatballs with egg noodles.
