That’s what I thought too! A resident asked me to help her get some thread going, she said she was fixing her Halloween costume for the party Tuesday night. So I asked her what her costume was, last year she was a pumpkin and it was a great costume, she said she was going to be a Flapper and after I said a what 3 times and she repeated it I asked her what it was and it is a basically a young woman who threw convention to the wind back in the teens and twenties.

 

Interesting, I'm too young to understand it but I hope she had fun. lol.

I did buy and activate my GO ticket but I forgot my phone (and therefore proof I paid) in my dad’s car. I would’ve said F it and not paid but knew I was in the right and didn’t want my wicked credit score to be impacted if I just didn’t pay or challenge it.
