The current plan for either second breakfast/brunch is to take the leftover dry-sautéed string beans (extra spicy), give them a light chop, and turn it into an omelette.

my wife made pancakes , I tossed blueberries and cashews into mine, topped with whipped cream instead of maple syrup, they were tasty.
