**s2000 Cruise exclusively**

Hey guys,

I know this is early but this will give everyone to clear up their schedule and make room for this epic event.

After last year's success, its time to wash and wax those cars, tune those engines (even though there will be no racing), shine those tires and get ready for our "Season Grand Opening Cruise". We will be going to Ocean City MD as the roads are good and there will be less traffic during that time. We are expecting 50+ cars this year.

Date and Time: Saturday 22nd March 2014

Plan:
We will have two meeting spots as usual to accommodate everyone in the region. Make sure your car fuel tanks are filled, air pressures are checked and you have performed regular maintenance on your car BEFORE you come to the meeting spots.

Columbia meeting spot:
We will gather in the parking lot of Starbucks in Columbia at 9:00am. Well will have a cup of coffee, chit chat for a while and leave for the second meeting point by 9:30am SHARP.

Annapolis meeting spot:
Second meeting spot this year will be UNDER the Kent Narrow Bridge which is the exit 41, AFTER the Bay Bridge off Route 50. After taking the exit, just make a left at the STOP sign and you will find the parking under the bridge. Crew from Columbia should get there by 10:00am, we will spend some time to take pictures and get to know each other and of course SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH before we set our cruise for Ocean City at around 11am.

There will be TWO other meeting spots (which will be be disclosed in few days) before we reach Ocean city just to make sure no one is lost or left behind. If for some reason, someone is left behind, i suggest they speed up and meet the crew at the next meeting spot. We will not leave the meeting spot until we have all attendees.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you post here or on Facebook page if you will be attending the event so we can get an exact head count and know how many people to expect at all meeting spots.

Once we are in Ocean city, we will cruise down to inlets and park the cars there and have lunch. After lunch we will re-group and go to Go-Karting or some other kind of entertainment and give away gifts/coupons to the attendees.

Sponsorship:
This year we are very fortunate to get couple of s2ki Vendors and still in talks with few, who are going to sponsor our event by giving out Discount coupons or gifts. Raffle tickets will be sold at Annapolis meeting point for $5 for those who will like to participate in gift/coupon giveaway. This money will be used towards the expense cost for this event (gifts and etc) and for the future event if required. I recommend you all contribute and help us out.

Thanks for keeping an eye on things guys, i've been traveling for 2 days, down in florida now.

Ocean city is very far for me and I think this may still be pretty cold, but who knows maybe it'll be nice and warm. Have fun and drive safe for anyone who decides to attend.
