Some mistakes were made. It's a little boring as there's no passing or even another car in sight.

Everyone, and I mean everyone was talking about how much fun that track is.

My best was a 2:05, the best S2000 time, an H1 track record was set by local guy John Oldt. It was better than a 1:58 ...... I'll report back.

I think that track would be worth making the trek out to for a weekend.

I'll second that the track is more than a blast to drive. I did a 1:59 while still learning before I blew the motor up. I think a 1:54-1:55 was possible in the e prod car. It's a place you certainly need more than 2 sessions to learn. I'll post video at some point. Maybe this weekend.

Why freshly paved apexes? Seems it would toss the car turning over an uneven surface.
n00b question.
still looks fun....you passenger seat is missing Joe.

Those freshly paved apexes, the surface didn't hold up when it was repaved. So, that whole section is getting repaved AGAIN.

The owners aren't shy about spending money on this facility. In fact, if you want to support them, buy Coastal Pet Products in addition to using their racetrack.

My passenger seat, well, the Circuit 2 was just MASSIVE over there, I have a brand new Sparco Rev sitting in NJ waiting for me to pick it up and install it.
