RA-1's are better than street tires. Hoosier are the best.

I can't make it this Sunday but I am IN for 5/4.

My brother is going to be there and I will have the Scion. I'll see if any HC racers will join.

Nice to meet everyone on Sun!

For those that are new to autoX, or just want to take an excellent car control course there is a Novice School THIS WEEKEND. Classroom session is Saturday and driving instruction is Sunday.

Info is here:
http://www.phillyscca.com/forum/view...php?f=8&t=4069

Register here. There are still a few spots left:
http://www.motorsportreg.com/pap/eventlist...C09AEF50F85D653

It's $125 for those with a current SCCA membership, and it's $140 if you are not a member.

Andrew

uh..oh it looks like rain.

My last 4 events have been in rain and I could go for less rain events right about now. I'm getting tired of the rain on the weekends when the week is beautiful.

Who else is thinking of going if good weather???? Post up.

Schedule here:

register here:

It will be $45 for non SCCA members. If I read the scheduled run groups right S2000's will run in the morning session so you have to be there early. The good thing is you are out of there by 2 and can get stuff done in the afternoon. Stock S2000's will go in AS and depending on the modifications cars might go into ASP or SM2---and they are still in the morning.

Check with Andy but if you are on street tires you might want to go in Street Touring (STS2) and run in the afternoon----you have a choice.

I'm going to drive my xB.

Anyone can auto-x any car, the idea isn't to be the fastest overall just the fastest you can be with any equipment.

I think I will share it with another racer so we get to compare who is faster in the same vehicle on the same tires on the same day.

We might even beat the times of an S2000 with a 100HP econobox! SMACKTALK!
