BIRD BOX- Netflix gold...wow.
 

We just finished watching BIRD BOX on Netflix- our feed kept kicking out- it is a popular stream.
It is a fantastic and suspenseful Netflix original staring Sandra Bullock. Think modern dystopian type movie like Walking Dead and Book of Eli with a final scene twist. Little cliche at times but all in all a quality watch.

I have come to the incredible realization that Netflix is making programs that rival theatrical releases. Its a longer movie at nearly 2.5 hours. I give this a 9/10. It is not for kids under 15. There's plenty of F and some sex and plenty of suspense and blood.

I didn't think it was that good. Too many plot holes for me so I'd be more around 6/10. I won't get into what I didn't like about it for the sake of spoiling it... I honestly only finished it because of Sandra.

Most reviews I have seen panned it. I have my Netflix off right now, but I may stream it in the future. I have a feeling I will drop it halfway through judging from what I read.

definitely a quality watch, a recommended movie for those who enjoy suspense with a bit of horror.

Watched last night. I was well entertained. Great for those who like those dismal/thriller post apocalyptic type movies. Solid 8/10.

Warning, this film contains filler, lots of filler....Seems to be a trend in recent movies, show a story that has a great setup, one that carries you through with the hope that some resolution is found and guess what? No answers to your questions. I don't care for Sandra either, her style just lacks the emoting I think the character should show. I did not enjoy the story and only waited for the ending only to experience wholesale disappointed.

Watched it some days ago. Not really a big fan but Sandra Bullock played a good role.
