"This is all yours. You are the owner of this World."

... another trailer was released: http://wherethewildthingsare.warnerbros.com/

My son is mischievous. He is a Wild Thing. He has a great imagination. I want to nuture his imagination. Jack is going to love this movie. I think he will be able to relate to Max. Apparently during some of the early screenings, kids where scared. My son is not scared of anything and he is going to love this movie because of the monsters. I have a feeling this movie is going to be "deep" enough for me to enjoy it too.

I did, how old is your little one? Mine are 4 and 3 and while they did not dislike the movie I thought it was way over their head. We went with two other families and one of them had an 8 year old that got it. I would say 7 would be the youngest to take to fully understand all the emotions that are being delved into. My kids appreciated the visuals (the monsters were a bit scary for my 3yo) but other than that they could have cared less.

He's almost 2. Basically he would be tagging along with me since this was one of my favorite books growing up. He did show interest in the trailer and I figured he might sit still for the whole thing. I guess we'll see.l

Honestly I thought it was a little dark for little ones, but I don't have kids and I really enjoyed it!
