Glad to see there are other people on this forum that don't get their panties in a twist over people having fun driving their cars on the street.

Nice driving. That road is incredibly smooth! You guys should join us in the Bay Area sometime, this type of thing happens every single weekend.

Great video - night driving is a whole different world up there.

That's for sure! More exilerating than daytime.

You mean more "sphincter tightening"? :D

I'm long overdue for a balls-out night run. Looks like a blast. My heart rate went up just watching!

I would be pretty hesitant to even allow the quick wiggle that you experienced on damn near every turn - you make a miscalculation, or have a little less grip than you thought, and you're playing Pachinko with a forest. I drove until the tires were chirping, and no faster.

That said, great video! Crazy quick.

Those guys know what they're doing.

If by "know what they're doing" you mean accepting the risk, sure. If by "they'll be fine", then I suggest you search Youtube for F1 Wreck, WRC Wreck, etc. I am by no means demonizing them or saying anyone was wrong - I would love to do a ride-along with one of the crazy bastards. My comment was merely that regardless of your skill, this being a public road, something unexpected could happen and result in a wreck - a risk I am personally unwilling to take, so I keep the driving to 9/10 at most.
