Its amazing what they have to deal with to keep our twisty roads in tip top shape. Currently the big aggevation is google maps wont let you route a coarse down 28 because its closed.

Was on a business trip yesterday and had to drop off a coworker at the Knoxville airport. Hit the home button on the GPS and the shortest way home was US441. So I did a little detour to include US129. Driving the Dragon in a Ford Escape while it was raining just wasn’t the same. On the positive side there was no traffic. 28 is still blocked. |
