Cincy Caravan to RTD2019

We will be having our Departure Dinner on Wednesday evening, May 8th at the Original Montgomery Inn, 9440 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio (Homepage - The Full Slab - Montgomery Inn).

Even if you are not attending the Spring Dragon event, we'd love to have you join us! Dinner with this group is always a blast.

Time will be 7:00... I will need a list of those who want to come to dinner....Montgomery Inn is very particular, with the numbers...for seating arrangements !!!!!!

Now for our Caravan, Thursday morning, May 9th.

Get there early to mingle and meet!!!! Hooters parking lot, Newport, Kentucky... 301 Riverboat Row, 41071...

Will be leaving at 10:00 AM sharp...

Leave Hooter's...I-471 to I-75/71 South... stop in Berea, Ky, 25 miles South of Richmond Ky. (2nd Berea exit!!!), Kentucky Rt-21. We will grab a bite to eat, fuel-up...and meet-up with any of Louisville, Indy, Lexington, and Central Ky. people if any are going down....

Depart Berea, next stop is the Exxon gas station on Rt 321 just east of Maryville. We'll meet up with Ken's group for our trip to Galinburg for dinner at the Park Grill (www.parkgrillgatlinburg.com). Some people may just want to head over to Fontana Village and skip dinner at the Park Grill.

After dinner, we will go back the Foothills Parkway, to the Dragon back to Fontana Village. Can anyone say Dragon Run at night! https://www.s2ki.com/forums/images/smilies/eek3.gif

This is Andy, I was Sam's "date" back in 2017.:corner: We have a group of 12 people, 8 cars coming in from Erie. We definitely plan to join you for dinner and the caravan, but I don't want us to crowd other folks out of your sign ups with our big group. For sure put us down for the caravan list. It will be me, Sam, Brian and Krystal, and 5 more cars of our Erie friends for the caravan. We will see just how large our group reservation can be with the 12 of us on top of whomever else signs up in the meantime. Thanks!

My name is James Scaglione and I'll be bringing my wife Cindy as well.
You guys can blame JoePhotographer for this as he is the one that told me about it.
I recently got a 2003 BMW Z4 and figure this would be a perfect place to drive it.
We are planning on driving down with you from the Hooters and driving in with you. This would include the Park Grill in Gatlynburg.

I figured that so I'm shooting for 9:00-9:15 just to be safe.

You'll see me roll in around 9:30-9:45. Coming from Enon takes a little longer than you, in south Dayton.

The Erie group will arrive with enough time for Looter's NUTS to be examined.....

Its been so long that I may need to be on the first timers drive, but if you want to add me to your drive Mike, I'll try to take my training wheels off. At a minimum, add me to the Montgomery Inn and Cincy Caravan and the Arby's drive and the Park Grill dinner and the Sea Cow drive and whatever other stuff y'all have been doing over the years. I'm looking forward to buying a long overdue strawberry shortcake for you Denny at the Inn! I'll bring you guys some new tires from Tire Rack ;)

PS Mike: Melissa says that BBQ place on your drive may be closed, at least temporarily. Not sure; maybe it will be open by the time of the event.

Finally got us reservations at Park Grill for 35.

Every year its a battle to get them to waive their semi or private room charges!

Just to let everyone know, there will be a 20% gratuity added onto their checks.

Thanks Mike....20% is a good amount for the tip...( hopefully we will have a good server :LOL: )
