Darcy Drives the Dragon While April Clogs at Fontana…what in the hell is this you ask? rolls off the tongue, no?

Well, the week after DFR2017, i'll be driving April to Fontana Resort for her clogging jamboree- Fontana is a clogging mecha apparently. we're staying at Fontana Thursday to Sunday and thought if anyone wants to join up and tour around, then post up here. It will cost you nothing, there will be no tshirts, no BBQ, and no banquet. I'm going to be there and will be driving all day long, and you know its way more fun to share the experience.

But, while she dances, I'll drive. I have to be in FRANKLIN to get new tires on Friday morning. There will be roll out on saturday morning after breakfast leaving from Fontana.

Drives- FRIDAY- probably ellijay and canada road and 215 on Friday
SATURDAY is up in the air.

So, maybe see you there. Post here if you plan to be in the area.

Booked the room for that weekend. Should get up there around noon on Friday and hook up at the tire shop in Robbinsville. Real like a small group drive around the area.

I believe that I'm bringing another S2K also. We will see lol

Figures that is the date for Kathy's surgery! :( Not sure if it is her foot/leg/heart/brain? :eek3:

Guess I should stay at home and take care of her, as a loving husband would.....

Bama... can you send the Queen up here to take care of Kathy while I join you? :roflmao:

quick correction- i'll be at the tire shop in FRANKLIN, NC. I thought there was a tire rack approved installer there, but there is one in Franklin. I"ll post up definite times as it gets closer.

My plan is to break the tires in aggressively on Ellijay, Canada rd, 215 etc. I'll also be out on Saturday roving about.

Thanks for the update on the location. I should have my RE-71R broken in before we get to Franklin. Would like the address. Sure Mike just send the airline ticket to my home address. She loves to fly not :censored:

I've got my tire install appointment for the Friday, 9:30 am at Welch Automotive and Tire, on 1108 Depot St, in Franklin, NC. Link above. Should be done by 11 am if all goes well.

Thanks Darcy, should get on the road early that morning. Hope to be there before noon its a 7 to 8 hour drive for me.

Sorry but had something come up and I won't be able to go up next weekend. Looked at every option and I can't be there. Enjoy Darcy. See you next spring sir.
