Default Dragon Tech Day

I'll be doing my usual tech day on Friday at 7am.

If the schedule gets to big, I will do some cars on Thursday morning, and maybe one or two Wednesday morning.

Paid services include Valve adjustments and my modified TCT. Both services are discounted at RTD, the only event or venue in which I do so. Valve adjustment will have particular importance in regards to 2006-2009 S2000s, see here:

https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/106...ners-dbw-cars/

Free services for registered RTD attendees include axle nut TSB, clutch adjustments, throttle adjustments, soft top instruction and filing, and much more. Have an od noise you can't figure out, let me tell you what it is.

If you would like the axle nut re-torque, please have your rear centercaps removed. AP2 V3 wheels will need to be removed to get the centercap out, as well as some aftermarket wheels.

Let me know if you would like a spot on Wed Thurs or Friday. Please post and/or PM me with the topic title "dragon tech day" to get on the list.

Billman

Schedule:

Thursday:
Batguano clutch and throttle

Friday
looter clutch and throttle
CenturionS2K VA, axle nut tsb, clutch-throttle
pwrinxs VA
stephonovich VA

GenerationX TCT:

Bill, I don't know if I need a clutch adjustment, and I don't know what the soft top instruction and filing is, but I'd love to let you take a look. Would have to be first thing Friday though since I'm leading a drive that departs at 8.

Valve adjustment and any other necessary freebies I didn't already do last time. Friday AM would be ideal. Thanks for the clutch and axel and tct services last time. Btw, do you have any way to get rid of the loose hardtop latch problem that causes wind noise?

I have modified latches that I can exchange for yours. We will pm about price. Being there are 3 different latches, we need to work out which ones you have. They will quiet any wind noise at any speed, and rattles, permanently.

My Gen X TCT is finally ready. I will bring them, and explain a bit about it.

If you've never had a clutch adjustment, you need one. You'll see why once you test drive the car afterwards.

Please pm me info Billman. Hardtop latch. I think I have an earlier model hardtop but let me know how I can tell what I have. Doing this won't affect the now perfectly working softop latches / fitment will it?
