Midnight on the Dragon
I was checking out the Mini's Dragon site, and they have a Midnight on the Dragon run...
"One minute after 11:59pm on Saturday, the clock strikes 12:00, the rally lights
come on, and Dragon Slaying will begin. We will run up US-129 past the overlook to the gravel parking lot near Tabcat Bridge, enjoy the stars and moonlight for a bit, and then motor on back to our cozy beds."
This sounds like a blast and haven't seen this as a organized run in the last couple of years I have been to WTD. Have we had this in the past? Any interest?

....Although it won't be a "Midnight" run...those coming from the dinner in Gatlinburg, from the Cincy Caravan, on Thursday...will be running the Dragon @ night, on the way, over to Fontana...

Last time we did some night runs across the Cherohala, ending up at the Huddle House in Robbinsville (open 24 hr.) Huddle House ftw!!! Wanted to do that again, would be cool to get a few cars. You have the road to yourself, just watch out for wild life
