OKI Caravan to DFR 2023
It's that time again! Join OKI as we take a caravan from metro Cincy down to DFR 2023. Lovetodrive2000 is not coming this event, so I will be leading the group.
Meetup Location - Thursday September 7
Hooters - 301 Riverboat Row, Newport, KY 41071.
Radio Channel FRS 4.0
Start arriving around 9:30 (local - EDT) to leave at 10:00.
We will be stopping at Buckees in Richmond, KY for gas and lunch... and check Jim's oil consumption on the Berlina! (I'm bringing 4 extra quarts, to be safe - blasted 180 psi piston)
Departing Buckees, our next stop is the Exxon gas station on Rt 321 just east of Maryville. We'll take a break for gas and bathroom. We will meet up with PCS group for our trip to the Riverstone Restaurant.. Some people may just want to head over to Fontana Village and skip dinner at the Riverstone.
After dinner, we will go back over the Foothills Parkway, to the Dragon back to Fontana Village. Can you say Dragon Run at night!
