Default The Other Friday Drive

After I get back from Newbie Run on Friday morning. I will personally lead a 7 cars maximum for a run on some nice mountain roads over around Waynesville, NC. We should get back to Fontana before the Ballpark Friday evening get other. I will post up a detailed map for everyone to check out. This will be a spirited group drive for anyone interested. Once the drive is full I will not accepted any more cars. I will bring back any of the newbies that are going on the Fridays are for Franklin Drive. We should leave from the parking lot by the car wash area around 10:30 sharp. That's when the BUS will be leaving. We have a good day of driving so please be ready to roll. Please up your real name, screen name and type and color of your ride. Two-way radios would be nice also. I will pick up a tail gunner before the event of ask someone to volunteer for it. Looking forward to another great event.

Agree been going there for the past 2 times in the area and like that its not as busy as the roads around the dragon. Went farther into S Carolina last summer and the road really gets twisty there. Just wanted to throw out a different drive from the others we do at the event. Looking forward to another event always. Later BD

Hey Dave. Have you got a parade route mapped out? I was thinking about this direction.

thanks, Dave. I might just run this, but leave earlier, say 8:30 am with a slightly varied route instead as there will be more time. Looks like you hit lots of my favourites, but I haven't been further east than 215. If I decide to make a run like this, I'll put up an official post.
