My plans are to help/lead the rookie newbie drive. I want to add some length to it and do the local sites. We could likely split the group between who wants to rush back through the Dragon to join another group drive or who wants to continue on through Happy Valley before doubling back, stop at deals gap then heading down 129 south and cutting across to Moonshiner and Fontana Dam. While I dont view my drive as long, it will take 4 hours to complete with stops so forget any other morning drives.

Any chance you can come up with a route to meet the group in Franklin around 11:30 or 12:00? Would hate to have the new people miss out on the group lunch in Franklin.

And then take them elsewhere if they want? Wayah Road?

I dont know. The Canadian route to Franklin may be a little much for the Newbies. Could you meet us there for supper?

I think (from what I heard from all the newbies) Bama Dave did a great job of leading the newbie drive. I think he'll do a great job this time and I doubt he'll need any help (Justin and Melody can always tailgun to keep from losing anynone).

That would be the Canadian Newbie Drive. I don't think any real newbies should go on that drive, we'd never see them again.
