RTD 2020 SATURDAY NIGHT Dinner and Evening program
 

Seems early to throw this out there but here goes. Last year I announced that after a couple years of the Canadians presenting their take on the event Saturday night, it was time for some new blood to keep the night fresh. To ensure this happens and not wanting to leave Ken high and dry, I will try to get our entertainment "organized".

Last year Gary C opened with a picture and video presentation followed by a road trip video by Leslie and Pam. This was followed by the Canadian review of the event and the Maple Syrup awards. The combination of three presentations seems to be about the right length. So we need something to replace the Canadian segment at the very least as I hope we can strong arm Gary and Leslie to contribute another year.
So what say you group? What would you like to see Saturday night?
And even better ,who will stand up and contribute to the night?

No need to strong arm me to do videos again, though I do like hugs:buddies2: I am cooking up a couple good drives so there will be plenty of new road trip photos and videos to share! I’m happy to help.

love to see your maps when you get them done! always happy to see what others are discovering. I'm tempted to get the Zumi GPS with adventure routing to see if the gps can find some new roads for me.

I found an idea I want to recreate for sort of a 20th anniversary salute video for the banquet. It will only be around 2 minutes, depending on how many of our Dragon family members participate. Be on the lookout for me and my iPhone! ;)

I'll d/l video editing software to my 2013 MacBook and see how well it plays. If it plays well, I'll craft a video, as well, for the Banquet.

Never edited videos before, so we'll do a few runs with video and audio and see how it goes.

keep me in the loop how it works. Having a "live" portion to a presentation would be an asset too.

Well this banquet isn't going to look after itself. I am still looking for someone who can do a few minutes of stage time, a story, a joke, a presentation, or even a tall tale to entertain a group of over fed under bred S2000 owners. I know darn well there is lots of talent in the group so step forward with your offers. PM's are fine if you want more details. :light: Don't make me put Ken on the stage. :argh:
