Safe Home From RtD17
Hey guys,
Reached Franklin, TN (Nashville) safely at 2pm CST. I left at 730am with Canadians Kurt and Darcy. We did the Dragon in nice fashion other than 2 stinky backfiring bikes which eventually let us pass. Took Happy Valley onto Maryville where we gassed up and I split off and headed to Spring C&C Knoxville. There were definitely more than 4,000 cars. Met up with newbie but local MCW (Mark) and killed a couple house looking at so many cars. Left at 10:20am and had brunch at Copper Cellar and left there 11:30am. Stopped for groceries and gas on the way before coming home.
Had a great time once again. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Hope you have a safe journey home!

Left Fontana this AM and enjoyed the 87 mile trip to Asheville.
I unpacked then re-packed and then hit the road to Raleigh, the new "home." I'm currently somewhere between Statesville and Winston...

Walked through my front door at 1405. Left this morning around 4:45. A boring trip home which means it was the best kind. Stay tuned for Dragon Fall Run information coming soon.

Made it home to Raleigh around 5 after a great morning Dragon run and lunch at Wicked Weed in Asheville. Car performed magnificently this weekend and hit 30 MPG on the way home as a bonus!
Thanks to everyone for a fantastic time. Now time to delve into that special S2000 book that Billman brought!

Woke up in the middle of the night so I just got up and left about 4am, BIllman was just getting ready to pull out. Took a nice easy (slow, very slow) cruise thru the dragon on the way home and 3 guy flew past me, when I got to the gravel parking lot it looked like the 3 of them were chatting with a cop, hopefully nobody got a ticket. What the hell was a cop doing out on the dragon at 4:30am?
Got home about 2pm.
