Default Some people SUCK!

Yep, as the thread title bears, we had a good 15 or so folks who said they were coming to WTD and now they won't pay. They have ignored emails requesting that they send in $40 or so to cover the expense of their lunch and dinner. Charges we absorbed as a club. Some of these folks have come up with elaborate stories of why they shouldn't have to pay, blah...blah...

Here's a list of the folks who have not paid up...

UPDATE! 5/28/07 @10:50am EST

Here's the LIST...
  • francisnguyen ($40)
  • krazyjon (another winner $40)
  • Lena4ka ($40) - Update, sending check
  • Own3d + Guest ($80) - Update, sending check
  • s2kwb + Guest ($80)
  • S4gasm + Guest ($80)
  • speed4tu + Guest (and he actually CAME to the event $80)
Bear in mind these folks have received at least 3 emails requesting payment...in all, the club is due $680.00 which is exactly what we are short...I had to write a personal check to cover the remaining invoice for t-shirts...

Oh...just to add...the club account has roughly $100 or so...this is why we have the concern...the additional costs for WTD came from the 15 or so folks (and that comes to about 25-30 people total) that we had to pay for...LUNCH and DINNER...

Figure lunch at $10 and dinner at $25 = $35 x 25 = $875

If needed I am willing to make a charitable contribution towards the club account to help offset some of this expense.
