Below is the rough draft of the agenda a proposed by S2KDude and with some minor revisions. This is still a work in progress so things may change a bit as we approach the event.

Friday Sept 21st

12 PM- 3 PM Meet at WestSide Honda
3 PM - Check-in at the hotel
4 PM - Run the Dragon
8 PM - Dinner (location TBD)

Saturday Sept 22nd

Breakfast (Hotel-free with your room)
10 AM - Leave for Dragon
12 PM - Lunch (Somewhere in Robbinsville NC)
2 PM - Drive the Cherohala Skyway
5PM-7PM - Vendor Expo (Hospitality Suite)
7 PM - Dinner (location TBD)

Sunday Sept 23rd

Breakfast (Hotel-free with your room)
9 AM - More Twisties Or an AutoX in Oak Ridge
12 PM - Check out

hey i have never made the nashville to knoxville trip before so could you tell me how long it takes so i know when to leave?

Oh it is a long long way, you should pack now and jump in the stook and leave at least by tomorrow.. ;)

2 1/2, 3 hours MAX. Remeber you will lose an hour. I would leave at 8:00 am Friday your time.

Mack, I see on the itinerary that Dinners are still TBD. Any thoughts on where we might want to eat? Anyone?

Do we need to contact the Hotel and see if they can arrange something?

Also, for breakfast we can change "on your own" to the Hotel Restaraunt since it's included in the room price.

I'd like to keep this flexible so everyone can eat what they like. If you'd like to have one "planned" dinner say Friday evening @ Hops that would be fine with me but I'd just as soon keep meals open. I think it's better in that you don't have to reserve space and be there at a particular time. I'd preffer that especially if we have to reserve space for 50-60 people.:eek::D

Dang Mack... didn't see that you had changed your avator <sp> to the Dragon off Tailofthedragon.com. Oh well, we both have it now :)

I can get the graphics for that on the TShirts if we like!
