Default WTDX Tech Day

WTDX Tech Day is Friday morning in from of the Wildwood Grill.

As usual I will be doing my tech services at WTDX. Some paid, some not. Some of the not paid stuff will be an important learn for ANYONE who owns an S2000. Some have already inquired about valve work. Please refresh my memory

Valve adjustment, retainer inspection, spark plug torque check list:

-batguano
-Saki GT
-bama dave
-fluky15
-dead bird +TCT

custom tool:

frei

This Tech Day topic will go over EVERY single problem you can encounter with your s2k. There is a 100% chance that someone at the Dragon will encounter one of the issues explained at tech day. These issues are the number one killer of the s2k mechanically, and will cost you dearly. Learn what they are, how to check them, and make your s2k bulletproof.

I will hand out tools for simple jobs you can accomplish. I will then go over the technical part once the easy parts are out of the way.

New topics post up in the UTH forum every few hours with s2k issues. Dont be one of them. How good is your s2k? Challenge me to find an underlying issue with it

So stop by, talk tech with me if you can catch me as I run around, meet other s2k motor heads, get your hands dirty if you like, take home invaluable info on your s2k.

See you all soon!

Looking forward to this one. I will not miss it this time. Thanks Billman. Would like to have my valves looked at and to learn more about doing an adjustment.

Wish I could've watched my valves get adjusted last year (first timers meeting conflict) - I'll be there this year though!
