Unhappy :(

Due to some personal issues I may have to drop out of this unfortunately.

I'm in Lloyd's group and have already paid for the hotels. Is there anyone who wants to take my place then Lloyd can just refund me the hotel costs?

Sorry for being a pain - if there was any way I could go I would

Sorry to hear about this.

Please let me know what you decide to do as any swap/transfer will have to be done on a like for like basis and will have to be approved by the meet organisers.

Hopefully we will be able to find somebody from the UK to take your place, maybe post something in the main UK forum.

I'll do that Lee.

I've just had a call that confirms I will not be going. I am sorry - hate to mess people around. Not my usual style

I assume that whilst i've lost the non refundable deposit I am not liable for full payment as i've given enough notice.

I'll stick something in the main UK forum anyway.

Thanks

Dawn

Hi Dawn, you are correct.

The 70 Euros deposit is non refundable so that is lost, but you have no obligation to pay any outstanding amount.

I have just received you email and replied and so I will now lock this topic.

Lee.
