It was a woman who ended up with a donkey in her room at 2am on a meet I organised a few years ago.

If you don't believe me ask Ian.

I'll try and find a photo of the donkey, I know there is one somewhere on this site.

On another note I have been talking to somebody today with a view to lining up some non driving activities for the meet along the lines of what Deibit talked about earlier.

Hopefully I will be able to announce something that should appeal to a lot of you in the very near future.

What were the roads that they covered in Top Gear earlier this year when the featured the 911, Lambo & DB9? Are they any where near were this meet is going to be as they looked fantastic?

They did Davos to Stelvio Pass which is pretty much the same region as we're going to be in.

There is a very slight outside possibility that Stelvio may be open when we are there, but chances are it will be closed. It traditionally reopens in May.

That was one of the best Top Gear camera shots ever seen on the show, great driving roads, fantastic nature surroundings... After that episode featuring the Lamborghini Superleggera, Porsche GT3 RS and Aston Martin Vantage N24, I wanted to take my car and go driving... but then you remember you live in a normal small town with normal stupid roads which you do every day... and you don't have those fantastic driving roads around the corner
