Hey Guys

If we arrive on friday and stay 'till monday, that will be 3 nights. Is the 4 night option for people that arrive on thursday, or people who stay one day longer and leave on tuesday?

How can we make sure that a group is in the same hotel, if we make the registration separately (all the people are from Switzerland).

4 night option is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, leaving on Turesday. All arrivals are Friday

All groupings will be done by country/club - we ask for that information in the registration, We have special requests to keep the following together:

• Swiss & German
• Belgium & Netherlands
• UK & Ireland

I read the FAQ and sorry but I still didnt understand. I want to come with my wife. 2 people - 1 car, for 2 days. What should I register for? 275€ or 440€?

What would be a rough estimate of milage on the planed route from Reading berkshire to Trentino
so I can workout fuel costs

Does the username/nickname that I entered when registering have any effect on thr meeting?

Will it be written somewhere or mentioned somewhere?

You'd need to work that out yourself Tony - depends on the route you take. There's no "planned route" there as part of the event.

It may be included in some of the daytime documentation - why?

You count PEOPLE - there is no reference to cars, the tickets are numbered by people. 440 is 2 people 2 nights that is if they are in 1 car or 2

Uh well...I might want to change it the because it is actually just a very random nickname I once came up withand not my usual nickname...if that makes any sense

If it helps, when we did Calais -> Trento via Germany and Austria and Trento -> Nice -> Calais in 2009 we racked up just slightly over 2000 miles. (including the Saturday drive).
But as Ian says, it really depends on the route you decide to take.
