You don't have to join us for the daily drives or even join us for evenings out.
Simply book the same hotels (or just hotel in the same towns) and that way you can make your choices later.

We are in the process of organising our accommodation after the meet as we are extending the trip.
We plan on driving down from the NW on the Tuesday.
When do you suggest I start booking hotels for the convoy trip down or have you already booked?
I see you are not suggesting booking tunnel yet.
