THIS IS NOT AN OPTION. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR OWN ACCOMMODATION AND TURN UP TO THE MEET!

Without being an official attendee YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY from the meet. You have been warned.

We have a strict limit to numbers for reasons of safety and organisation.
