Did you transport it yourself?
I think you're not supposed to use the tow hook like you (or they) did.
I would check it, it looks like its pointed downwards a bit.

yea i love the hardtop.

my brothers did the transport for me.

and yea the tow hood wasent a good idea haha. they found that out on the way back.
