Angry S2000 EU Certification Problem about USA Import Car

Hello Guys, I am David From Latvia.
We just imported 2004 AP2 S2000 from USA to EUROPA.
Taxes paid everything okay, Personally USA imported cars need European union Certification.
So, they took my car, they check every technic detail, sound test, co2 test, and other EU stuff.
We are almost okay about everything, We fixed what they want almost %90,

There is one thing about FRONT LIGTHS.. something very high problem. And in fact, i am afraid. I couldnt fix anyway , so i need to ask you guys,

Problem 1: They want 25w Front ligth, Oem is 35W

I checked everywhere, there is no front ligth for 25w for s2000 oem or aftermarket. We checked on local dealer, He also says EU s20000 also 35w.
So they wanted official dealer document about its really 35w also in EU Market. Thats ok, second one;

Problem 2: Frong ligths Regulation system: Levellin system

They said your car dont have this, fix it and come back. İ went to dealer, they said EU s2000 reallly has levelling system but USDM not.

Here is the message about local service manager about levelling system upgrade;

In order to achieve leveling system and adapt S2000 KA region to S2000 KG region we might have to replace almost complete wiring systems car has. For example main lights wiring, front lamps, HID sensor, HID control unit etc. Other thing is that due to a small volume of s2000 sales in EU a lot of parts are in backorder or not available at all such as fuse box. Even if You manage to get all replacemant parts it is a huge risk of incompatabilities between KA and KG systems.
here is the EU Certification office recommands,
  • Change complete wiring with auto levelling
  • Replace with halogen lamps (there are none OEM for EU market in our part catalogue)
  • Replace 35w HID blocks to 25W ones (there are none OEM in our part catalogue)

is there any Hallogen ligths for s2000? They say if you can put halogen ligths, it would be ok. But i couldnt find.

THANK YOU FOR READING & HELPING

I don't know about the halogen bulbs, but maybe you can try a complete ballast change from a different car or a generic one? Or even ebay headlight units. (although most of them require the oem ballast and bulbs).

For the leveling system, the sensor is on the left rear lower control arm. So thats another part that you need to replace. In general it does not sound like a cheap job.
Can't you find a way around them like registering the car to another eu country and then take it to Latvia?

BTW try asking on facebook groups as well, as people are not that active on the forum anymore.
