can you be more specific where the meeting is? Is it in Luxemburg
City? It'll make selecting a hotel much easier

The hotel is very close to the city centrum (about 1 km) and the meeting area is "place des Glacis" which is right in the middle of the city very close to the "red bridge" (everyone knows it in Luxembourg). I already was in that hotel for some board meetings and it's really a nice one (trust me).

Hi guys, just to confirm that rooms are booked at the INN-SIDE for next weekend:
Bart - July 27th to 29th (2 nights) : double room (1bed)
Ronald - July 27th to 29th (2 nights) : single room
Maarten - July 27th to 28th (1 night) : double room (2 beds)
You have to mention you want garage at the check-in.
If you have any question do not hesitate.

Hi guys, I have 1 good and 1 bad news:
The good one: I had Yvan (the coordinator) today on the phone. The meet is confirmed and the restaurant is booked.
The bad one: We will only be 5 cars and 9 people. I'm sooo disappointed by Luxemburgish people
But anyway, I guess we don't need to be many to have fun. See you in Lux soon.

Hi guys, do you already know when you will be leaving tomorrow? We could meet at the gas station just after the boarder (I think it's a BP one). If you don't know when you will arrive just give me a call once you crossed the boarder and I will join you. See you.

Ronald is coming over to have his OZ's installed and than we'll leave Mol at +/- 16.00 h. So I think we will arrive at 17.30 - 18.00 h.
