There are a ton of places that do that.

I used a shipping company in MI (Transphere Inc.) that in turn used APL (which is a very large boating firm who actually does the huge ocean ships at the East coast) and when it arrived in the Rotterdam port in Holland they appointed a local handling agency (which is required before 'the consumer' gets it).
