Drag racing/watching: Fri night 18th Nov.

8pm to 1 am.... gates open at 7pm.
This event was mentioned a few weeks back so I' thought I'd post a new thread to see if there would be any interest. I plan on going and making a few runs then just sitting back and watching. It is $10 entry to watch or race. All convertibles or cars running in the 13's or better must have a DOT/Snell helmet to race. Loaner helmets are available. Weather will be cooler so times should be very good. It is mostly street cars but there is always a few big dogs too. Last time there was a Hennessey Viper on N2O2 that was pushing 1500 hp and was running in the 9's even with major traction problems . It is strictly redlight /greenlight racing and no timeslips will be given . Times will be posted on the scoreboards though so bring your cameras or friends to watch for times.

shit son of a bitch. I hate honda motormounts. this looks like so much fun but my car is in no racing condition. intake side motormount is cracked with fluid leaking out of it and the engine rising up when i get on it.
