So sad, just heard about this, this morning. I too do wonder about the yellow S inside the taped off accident scene. Maybe a witness to the crash?
My heart goes out to his daughter and rest of the family as well to Roger Rodas family :brokehrt:

In this video here http://www.tmz.com/videos/0_9nu86t9n/ , there is no sign of the yellow S2000 and it looks to me that the car shooting the video would have had to pass the S2000 as they came up on the scene.

Warning!
Very graphic video!

I heard sat night and I couldn't believe it shit sucks to die so young. that's why if u r going to do any form of performance driving u should always take it to the track or a closed course. R.I.P Paul walker

How does it seem like he was racing an s2000? I don't get that. @renderman

The owner of the s2000 was a friend that had brought fire extinguishers to help try to put the fire out.
From what I've read, the accident happened close to the shop, and people from the shop rushed to the scene in cars with extinguishers.

For what I gather usually you don't keep a can inside an active crime scene specially after they put out the fire and remove the bodies unless the car is involved some how with the crime it self, a witness car would be kept outside the yellow tape, maybe I'm just jumping the gun here...

Police say there was no second car involved

RENDERMAN 12-02-2013 04:45 PM

Think about it Dave, if you gun your S on a 20 MPH roll against a Carrera GT 2 blocks down the road how many cars will you see Lol, I'll give the police that the S wasn't involved but for sure they were drag racing, fact number 2... you have an experience race car driver, what reasons would he have to smash a car @ at least 90MPH, to show Paul how cool the car was? my understanding is Paul owned a Carrera GT, don't worry in the future we'll find out what really happened...

The driver of the yellow S has already posted on the SoCal forum indicating he was a friend who was at the charity event and went down to the scene of the accident (1000ft away or less?) as soon as he heard about it to try to help. Post #25 here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/106...l-walker-dies/

From his avatar, I believe he was the same guy that was seen in the local news being briefly interviewed last night.
