I received a call today from Mary Matthews of the Holiday Inn at Summer Bay. She has informed me that we have sold out all of the alotted rooms at our group rate. This is a good thing! That means all 20 rooms set aside from us have been taken!

The bad thing is I know some of you haven't made a reservation, and unfortunately the hotel is COMPLETELY sold out now. I tried to add more rooms to the block today with no luck.

Don't worry, you can still be a part of the fun. There is another property in close proximity to the Holiday Inn at Summer Bay. Essentially accross the street. The information is listed below. I do not have any specific group rates for this property, but it appears that very resonable rates can be had on the internet.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that if you are even of thinking about going to the Supermeet, RESERVE A ROOM NOW!!!
