are the springs coilover replacements or lowering springs. if they're lowering springs whats teh drop and spring rate

The springs are not coilover replacements. theyre just lowering springs. Unfortunately I don't have the srping rate / drop info. they are CUT. I'm giving them away at a low price.. try them at your own risk.
