Wow - I don't know which to believe. KBB says this car is worth 25,585 and Edmunds says 21,370.

I have been following nsx prices for years. Everyone thought they would come down in price. When the new nsx was going to come out the 02+ were selling reasonably. Well after they decided not to make them the prices went up higher then ever. 97+ has the bigger motor and just like the S2k the newer ones didnt sell like the older models. Making 06+ S2ks rare. Now just like the nsx there are people who prefer the old ones but i have a strong feeling the only s2ks that are going to get high $$ are 06+ especially rare colors like Laguna blue. I really think the prices will stay stable on them. I agree the 25k on the laguna is steep and 21k is fair but in time you wont have a choice but to pay 25k for a clean one with few miles. I know that nsx that are priced right sell in 48hrs right now. People in Japan and Canada are buying all of them and shipping them back. Especially in Japan where they get huge money for them. I just saw that a NSXR which we never got her and cant get are now selling for $256,000 USD in Japan. Honda stopped making exciting cars and the S2k and Nsx if clean and low miles will be able to sell for big money. Too bad i put 150k on mine already. LOL

John - yes NADA says 22,250 for perfect condition retail. Both Edumnds and NADA seem realistic to me. I would spend LOTS more if they were still sold new. Unfortunately that's not an option of course. Ron - thanks for the point of view with the NSX - in many ways the S2000's older brother. Anyone want to drive to Orlando this weekend?

Ryan if you are serious about getting a Laguna i would do a search up to 500 miles. Also with winter coming up you can find the best deals up north on cars like this. Just be careful of damage from salt

Just walked away from it. low speed collisions. Sone of the body panels didn't line up right. Carfax is worthless.

Carfax is worthless, been saying that for years. I had a 3 year old mustang years ago that I bought knowing it was totalled and rebuilt but the carfax report...... clean.

Boys, most used car book values are up. I read an article and am always window shopping for cars. They have EP3's going for 2009 Ap1 prices. Check Autotrader. It is a horrible time to buy a S2k. Good time to trade/ sell it. I would personally just wait till book values drop a lil.
