i've PM'ed the seller but i'd like to get everyone's input. seller is shipping from FL to VA and got a quote for $180 for all 4 wheels. i believe this is too high. please post ur experience in the shipping cost. which carrier & how much so i can get it lowered (20% of the transaction price for shipping is just too high for me).
i've never had to deal with more than $100 in shipping for rims/tires prevoiusly - i'm not sure if prices has just skyrocketed recently due to iol prices or if there's a special way of getting a quote. any help would be appreciated to help this transaction. thanks!

Sorry about the slow replys I have been working like crazy this week and by the time I get home I go straight to bed . And when I do come on here I have alot of pms and have a tendency to accidently delete the wrong ones lol.

And thanks for the compliment I hope youre enjoying those coilovers they were in excellent condition and so are the rims im giving away for dirt cheap...

And for the shipping my GF went to fed ex with one of my rims and they quoted her for like $40 sumthing per tire/rim combo. I am not trying to make money off of shipping and im not saying you were trying to imply that .

silver, ya i understand. i'm sure u got quoted that and i know u r not trying to make $ off shipping. i was just hoping to get an insight on if there's a better method to ship to make a bit cheaper since in the past, i've never had to pay over $100 =)
