They are all red.
Its one of the seams along the bottom cushion. The leather is old, and has stretched since new, so it can be pulled a tad and re-stitched. I will post some pics in a bit. If you pull the skin off yourself, it would take an upholstery shop maybe an hour... Maybe 2 hours to remove, repair, and reinstall (if you bring the lower cushion pre-assembled). Depends on your local shop rates. Like $90 to fix it up here.
