Default Samsung 40" LCD, home theater, wall mount bracket

I am selling my 40" Samsung LCD and home theater as I am starting up a business and would rather have money than the tv as I don't use it much.
I bought this in the spring and then went away the whole summer to NY so have not used it much at all.
I have never registered it with Samsung so I believe it could still be registered with them for a full 1 year warranty. I also bought a 2 year extended warranty which I never sent in. Not sure if that can still be used or not but I have the information for that warranty as well.
This is the "Touch of Color" model one. Has a very slight red tint. This one retails for $1,199.99 in stores.
I bought a tilting wall mount bracket as well which I have not even opened. I still have the box for the TV as well. Nothing wrong with it at all. Comes with the table stand also and remote.
I also bought a Samsung 5.1 1000 watt home theater system with full 1080P HD up conversion using an hdmi cable.
It has an ipod dock also that comes with it. I spliced the speaker wires for the rear speakers as they were no long enough so will come with the extra speaker wire used.
I am looking for $1000 for the TV, home theater and wall mount bracket, and warranty card information picked up from my house.
If you need just the TV or the home theater I could work something out as well.
TV I would be looking for $900 with the wall mount separately and home theater would be $175 separately. So buy together to get a better deal.

Here are a few pictures of the tv and home theater. Tv has some finger prints which will be cleaned up of course. Buttons are touch sensitive in the tv so that is why.

Yeah I think that is it.
Not sure what made me get this one. I liked the picture, connections and the styling is also really nice I think.
Do want to go to Miami or the keys but no chance fitting the tv in the s lol.
