Damn I wish these would fit my wheels but I think I would rub. Been looking for a set of these.

What offset are your wheels and have you rolled your fenders at all?
I am almost slammed and I have +45 RPF1s in 7.5/9 and I had no rubbing at all.

It all depends on:
You wheels size
Offset

I have 17x8 +44 all around with a 1.2" or so drop. No rolled fenders or anything. 215's up front 245's in the back.
Rubbed a little already when huge dips. Got a UK alignment and was better but pretty sure I will rub with these and I think 255's might even be too wide for the 8" rear wheel.

Yes, 255 is too wide for 8 inch wheel. It would sit too wide and sidewall won't be straight. I am pretty sure you won't rub with these either if you have uk spec aignment but 255 is too wide for that wheel.
Good luck with your search and I hope you find the sizes you are looking for

255 is not too wide for a 8 inch wheel. Let me search around, I have pics of my PS2's in 255 on my FNO1R-C's in 8"

Well I could not find my PS2's but here are Azenis in 255/40/17 on a 17"x8" +43 wheel.

It bulges out a bit no? Wouldn't that make cornering feel more sloppy?
